RETURN POLICY
Can I return a product?
You hold the right to return any product without stating any reasons within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt by returning the product in the original state (no label/tag should be removed and placed in the original packaging), without any incurring costs other than return fees.


Where should I send the product that I wish to return?
The product should be delivered to our main address (please see Contact section).


How can I exchange a product?
You should check the availability of the product, which you desire as exchange. The new product should be of equal or higher price than the product you return.

After that you should complete and send the return form that you can find here via email at contact@bitsiani.com.

Then, you should arrange a return and the product should be delivered to us within 14 calendar days. This period starts from the day the product was received by you.

The returning product must be in the original state, no label/tag should be removed and it should be placed in the original packaging along with the return form and it's receipt/invoice.

The delivery of the new product has no extra delivery costs and will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.


Can I return a product and receive a refund?
Yes, you can. To return a product you should complete and send the return form that you can find here via email at contact@bitsiani.com.

Then, you should arrange a return and the product should be delivered to us within 14 calendar days. This period starts from the day the product was received by you.

www.bitsiani.com is obliged to repay the sums paid by you within 30 calendar days. That period starts at the day we receive the returned product. A return will be approved - only and only if – product is in the same condition as received and you should possess the invoice or sales receipt.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase unless payment was made upon delivery.

If the sum is charged to the consumer’s credit card, the right to cancel the order also entails the solution of the tripartite contract between the consumer – supplier and the bank, without compensation.


How can I return a defective product?
In the rare case of receiving a defective product please send an email including a relevant photo within 24h of receipt at contact@bitsiani.com pointing out the problem.

The returning product must be in the original state, no label/tag should be removed and it should be placed in the original packaging along with the return form (find it here) and it's receipt/invoice.

If the defection is not clearly illustrated in the photo, www.bitsiani.com will need to schedule a return of the product with no delivery fees for you. The product should be in the original packaging along with the return form.

The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.


What should I do if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?
In case of receiving a product different than the one you ordered please send an email within 24h upon receipt at contact@bitsiani.com including a relevant photo too.

Once we realize our fault, we will arrange a free return and replacement with the correct product.

The fault product should not be used, no label/tag should be removed and it should be placed in the original packaging along with the return form (find it here) and it's receipt/invoice.

The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.


Is there a chance my return to be rejected?
www.bitsiani.com reserves the right to reject any type of return for the following reasons:

a) The return is communicated beyond the return period limit.
b) The product is not in the same condition in which it was received.
c) The product has been used.
d) Original price and label tags are missing.
