1. In which countries does www.bitsiani.com ship to?
www.bitsiani.com ships its orders globally.


2. Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work etc. - never a P.O. Box), to any ARISTOTELI BITSIANI store at Mediterranean Cosmos, Mega Outlet and 29 Tsimiski str, Thessaloniki, Greece.


3. How much do I pay for delivery service?
In Stores delivery is FREE.

In Greece delivery is FREE on all orders.

In Rest of the World delivery cost variates depending on service selected (Standard or Express), delivery country and total weight of the order and your shipping cost is automatically calculated as soon as you fill in all necessary delivery information during your checkout process.


4. Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
Yes. You may make your order from any country and choose to send it to any other country (i.e. as a gift).


5. How long will my order take to arrive?
In store deliveries take up to 2 working days.
In Greece deliveries take up to 2 working days.
In EU countries deliveries take 1-3 working days.
In Rest of the World deliveries take 2-5 working days.

1-2 additional working days might be needed for island deliveries.

Please consider that sometimes there might be an extra delay due to reasons of force majeaure (i.e. bad weather conditions, strikes, customs control etc.).

www.bitsiani.com is not responsible in case of delay and/or failure to deliver that is caused by third parties and/or by reasons of force majeure or accidental facts.


6. Which courier is going to deliver my order?
In Greece, delivery of products is carried out by Elta Courier.
In the rest of the world, delivery of products is carried out by DHL.

As soon as you receive the order's dispatch confirmation email, you will be notified about the courier company that will deliver your products.


7. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. Along side with your order's dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number and the corresponding link in order to track your order.


8. What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), including the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or call you to inform you of your delivery.


9. What is the store delivery process?
If you have chosen "Pick up from our stores", you will be asked to pay your order by any method apart from "Cash On Delivery" and as soon as your order is arrived you will be notified via phone call (you will have 10 calendar days to collect it). It is necessary to provide the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel.


Please note: All orders registered until 12:30 (local time), are processed on the same day, while orders registered beyond that time, are processed the next working day. All orders registered on Friday after 12:30 (local time) and during weekend, are processed on Monday.
