1. In which countries is it possible to shop online?
You can shop online in all over the world.

2. How many languages is it possible to browse in?
The browsing languages are English and Greek.

3. How can I place an order?
You should first add to your bag the products you want to purchase and then easily complete your order either by creating an account or as guest.

4. Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, except  the case of products which are hand crafted in which there might be slight differences in the final product.

5. Are colors of each product illustrated exactly as in reality?
We try to illustrate colors the nearest possible to reality. However, since there is a variety of screens with different settings, colors might slightly vary from reality.

6. Are size guides exactly accurate?
Size guides demonstrate the actual initial dimensions of the clothes. However, since some fabrics are particular, very slight variations may sometime occur. The same holds for washed and hand crafted garments too. A difference of ± 2 cm in each dimension should be acceptable due to the reasons stated above.

7. How can I be sure that I've made my order correctly?
If you have made your order correctly, you will receive shortly an order confirmation e-mail. If you don't receive such an e-mail, please contact us at [email protected]

8. How can I choose the product I like?
Click on the product you like. Then, pick the color and size that best fits you, always consult our size guide to make sure you pick the right size for your body type, and add it to your bag.

9. How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log In section. You will receive an email with password recovery instructions.

10. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. Along side with your order's dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number and the corresponding link in order to track your order.

11. Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn't been processed yet.

12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order as soon as your order hasn't been processed yet.

13. What should I do if I receive a defective product?
In the rare case of receiving a defective product, please send an email including a relevant photo within 24h of receipt at [email protected] pointing out the problem. The product should be in the same condition as received and you should possess the invoice or sales receipt.

If the defection is not clearly illustrated in the photo, will need to schedule a return of the product with no delivery fees for you. The product should be in the original packaging along with the return form.

The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.

15. What should I do if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?
In case of receiving a product different than the one you ordered please send an email within 24h at [email protected] including a relevant photo. Once we realize our fault, we will arrange a free return and replacement with the correct product. The faulty product should not be used and it should be kept in the original packaging in the same condition as received. The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.
