b. Terms Of Use

The service of ARISTOTELI BITSIANI may be rejected for certain customers that are proven not to respect the Terms Of Use. In such occasions, the account may be either blocked or deleted by ARISTOTELI BITSIANI.

In case an account is blocked or deleted, that account has not the license to use the service of our website again, except it is permitted by ARISTOTELI BITSIANI.

The user is the only responsible for the personal information that inserts to our website.

5. Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from courier delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Information notice for further details.

In order to contract with ARISTOTELI BITSIANI you must have the legal capacity according to the Greek Civil Code orde1rings, i.e. given that he has reached eighteen years of age and that he is not subject to judicial support to the sales contract. Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal persons. The company reserves the right to claim orders from the supervisor or guardian of persons with no legal capacity. ARISTOTELI BITSIANI retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

In order to place an order the following are required:

I. completing the relevant form by providing all necessary information in order to conclude the sales contract,

II. the unconditional acceptance of the sales contract’s terms, for the sold item, the quantity, the price including taxes and other expenses, the actual transaction, the time and place for the courier delivery,

III. the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use, which constitute an integral part of the drawn up contract. Acceptance of the above mentioned occurs by choosing the "ACCEPT" option, given by the website to who may be interested.

The payment method is selected by the interested party and includes the possibility of using a credit card, the PayPal system, the Viva Payments system or payment on delivery. Only those credit cards that appear as selected on the website’s ordering system may be accepted.

An order constitutes a distance sales contract, subject to the relevant legislation (article 4 L.2251/1994, as amended and enforced).

a. Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

b. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. However, in order to reduce errors, we recommend that before completing your purchase, please contact us in the event that prices or any other product features are beyond the usual and reasonable.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (24%). These values relate to amounts which are available in our warehouse. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

At specified time intervals we may carry out special offers and discounts, as a part of promotional activities of the company, which will only be valid for specific products and only for purchases through www.bits.com

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

c. Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Your order is accompanied by a sale receipt. Each product price includes VAT (23%).

Import duty and taxes may be applied to deliveries in non EU countries according to the law of each county. The customer-importer will be asked to pay that import duty or tax upon delivery. www.bits.com is not responsible for this extra cost.

d. Discount Vouchers

Promotional discount vouchers - We may from time to time offer promotional discount vouchers which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount voucher will be specified at the time of issue.

6. Applicable Law and Other Provisions

These terms and conditions of use of this website and any amendment or change shall be governed by national law, EU law and international treaties. Any provision of these terms that is found to be contrary to the above legal framework will cease to have effect and will be removed from the present, and it won’t affect the validity of other conditions. This constitutes the entire agreement between www.bits.com and the visitor/user of its pages and services, and it only binds them. No modification of these terms should be taken into account and be a part of this agreement, unless expressed in writing and incorporated in it.

It is hereby expressly agreed that disputes which may arise from the application of these terms and the general use of the site by the visitor or user thereof, if not solved amicably, shall be governed by Greek law and falls in the jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.

All transactions carried out within this website www.bits.com are governed by the Greek and European legislation on issues such as electronic commerce, privacy and data protection, consumer protection and contracts from a distance.
