GREECE

The process of product exchange costs 4.90€ (relates to return fees) and you should follow the steps bellow:

a) Check the availability of the product which you desire as exchange. The new product should be of equal or higher price than the product you return.

b) Fill in the Return Form that you received along with your order's parcel. If you miss it, you can find HERE.

c) Prepare the returning parcel. The returning product must be in the original state, no label/tag should be removed and it should be placed in the original packaging along with the return form and its receipt/invoice.

d) Visit any Center Courier or ELTA Courier  store and return the parcel to the following address at the recipient's expense:

The product should be delivered to us within 14 calendar days. This period starts from the day the product was received by you. The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.


Additional Information

  • As soon as the package containing your new product arrives, you will be asked to pay to the Courier the amount of €4.90 as return shipping fees.
  • Your parcel will not be accepted if for any reason you choose a different courier company or use different shipping details and set a recipient fee, in which case your parcel will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Otherwise, it can be accepted, by arrangement, on the condition that you pay the shipping amount of your shipment as cash on delivery upon receipt of the new parcel (additional €3.90 as cash on delivery cost and €4.90 as return shipping cost). 
  • In case of exchange with a different product from the returned one, you will be credited the value of the returned goods, as indicated on your purchase document, while retaining the right to purchase any other product.


REST OF THE WORLD

Product exchange is unfortunately not available for the rest countries. Once we receive and check the returned product, we will refund your money. Then you can simply re-order the product you desire as a new order.

b) Arrange a return on your own cost by any courier service of your choice. The product should be delivered to us within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. The parcel should be delivered here:

www.bitsiani.com is obliged to repay the sums equal to the net value of the products, as stated in your receipt/invoice, within 14 calendar days. That period starts at the day we receive the returned product.


REFUNDS 

a) Fill in the Return Form that you received along with your order's parcel. If you miss it, you can find HERE.

b) Prepare the returning parcel. The returning product must be in the original state, no label/tag should be removed and it should be placed in the original packaging along with the return form and its receipt/invoice.

c)Arrange a return on your own expense using any means you wish.

Alternatively, visit any Center Courier or ELTA Courier store and return the parcel at the recipient's expense. In this case, the return cost is €4.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional Information

  • Refund is completed within 14 calendar days. That period starts at the day we receive the returned product. 
  • Refund, except in the case of defective products, applies only to online purchases from www.bitsiani.com
  • www.bitsiani.com is obliged to refund the amount equal to the value of the product returned, as stated in your receipt/invoice. This amount does not include shipping or payment method costs and excludes possible return costs.  
  • Packaging materials are excluded from the refund option.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the rare case of receiving a defective product please send an email including a relevant photo within 24h of receipt at [email protected] pointing out the problem.

a) The returning product must be in the original state, no label/tag should be removed and it should be placed in the original packaging along with the Return Form (find it HERE) and its receipt/invoice. The parcel should be returned exclusively via Center Courier or ELTA Courier to the details listed on the Return Form.

b) If the defection is not clearly illustrated in the photo, www.bitsiani.com will need to schedule a return of the product with no delivery fees for you.

c) The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.

DIFFERENT PRODUCT

In case of receiving a product different than the one you ordered please send an email within 24h upon receipt at [email protected] including a relevant photo too.

Once we realize our fault, we will arrange a free return and replacement with the correct product.

a) The fault product should not be used, no label/tag should be removed and it should be placed in the original packaging along with the Return Form (find it HERE) and it's receipt/invoice. The parcel should be returned exclusively via Center Courier or ELTA Courier to the details listed on the Return Form.

b) The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original product.

NOTE

www.bitsiani.com reserves the right to reject any type of return for the following reasons:

a) The return is communicated beyond the return period limit. 
b) The product is not in the same condition in which it was received. 
c) The product is not in the same condition in which it was received. 
d) Original price and label tags are missing. 
e) The parcel was returned by wrong Courier company.
f) The parcel was returned to different details than listed on Return Form.
